RATHDRUM — McKenna Reggear scored 26 points as the visiting Indians edged the Hawks in nonleague play at Hawk Court.
“She is strong, and did a good job being physical with our posts,” Lakeland coach Steve Seymour said. “She just had a nose for the ball, and got a lot of long rebounds.”
Taylor Elpers had 10 points, four rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocked shots for Lakeland (2-4), which was looking to string together back-to-back wins. Lauryn Cooper added seven points and four steals.
“We battled,” Seymour said. “There were quite a few positives with this game. We’re getting better.”
Lakeland plays at Lakeside of Nine Mile Falls, Wash., today at 4:30.
