This calendar contains summer workout schedule. The summer workout book has all the drills found on the calender. Remember that when you feel tired or just don't want to do it. Is somewhere out there working harder than you. If that is true you need to do something about it.
2015 Summer Workout Book
This file contains all drills and skills need to be improved on during the summer months. There will be a skills test at the end of the year. In the back of the packet there is a list of those skills with the time or number of reps required.
